Halo Single Malt Mates,
It has been mentioned to me that I neglected to inform you of the menu of our sma-sin Single Malt Scotch Whisky and guid food pairing party. As you may recall, attendees are all going to enjoy the Ceilidh, pronounced kaylee, which means party in Scot’s Gaelic, at The New Deep End Bar at the Tamarind Reef Resort, St. Croix, US Virgin Islands.
Sma-sin pronounced smashin means great or excellent in Scot’s Gaelic.
Tha mi duilich! Sorry!
So to rectify this glaring omission, I have entered the menu below. We have spent hours of research and trial and error to come up with this line up of whisky and food pairings. If you can attend you will discover, like every other attendee of my Ceilidh’s, that the pairings are fantastic…
So I have entered the menu below, just after my customary sign-off. And, as always, I hope you can attend.
Whisky, drink divine!
Why should drivelers bore us
With the praise of wine
While we’ve thee before us?”
Your Scotch Spirit Master
